Great networking opportunities and so hugely impressive to see the potential the Hub has for driving forward research\, knowledge exchange\, and innovation in the area of learning differences within higher education. I’d also like to point out that the lunch was simply amazing! Best conference pies ever!!! 😊†\n\n“This was my first experience of attending a hub day. I thought it was fantastic. The speakers were varied and discussed a broad range of learning differences. There was also an opportunity to meet new people who are experts in their field and ask them questions. The venue was beautiful\, and I was enthusiastic at the end of the day to go home and research what I had learnt. I also adopted a few things I learnt that day\, which immediately increased my productivity and improved my work-life balance. I will be coming to the 2025 Dyslexia Hub Day for sure.†\n\n“I’d like to thank you both for a wonderful event on Friday. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot from it that I can apply academically and professionally.†\n\n“I’m reaching out again to say thank you – I feel like I talk almost constantly about there being a need for improved awareness of considerations and support for neurodivergent students in order to empower them to achieve and succeed\, and frustrated at how slow this is being picked up at the level I’m working at.†\n\nFind out more about what we do\n\nDyslexia Hub\nWho we are URL:/event/dyslexia-and-neurodiversity-day/ LOCATION:The Radcliffe Centre\, MK18 1EG\, GB CATEGORIES:Featured ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Dyslexia-Hub-and-Neurodiversity-Day.jpg END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=Europe/London:20251001T133000 DTEND;TZID=Europe/London:20251001T143000 DTSTAMP:20250802T043124 CREATED:20250716T140057Z LAST-MODIFIED:20250721T143431Z UID:653150-1759325400-1759329000@www.buckingham.ac.uk SUMMARY:Psychology Taster DESCRIPTION:Join our webinar to get a taste of what it’s like to study Psychology at Buckingham! \nWhat will I experience at this Psychology Taster?\n\nFind out more about our BPS (British Psychological Society) accredited Psychology degree.\nLearn about how our degree develops the knowledge and skills you will require to be successful within a psychology-based career.\nBe able to ask questions to our current students and academic staff via online chat.\nTaster session.\n\nThemed taster session\nWhilst you’ll be joining online\, we want you to be able to get a taste of what it is like to be a Psychology student! The revised and expanded three-volume edition (edited by Adriano Aymonino and Eloisa Dodero)\, substantially updates the scholarship with research from recent decades. This two-day conference aims to assess the current state of research\, rethink established methodologies and explore possible future directions in the field. Its primary goal is to foster discussion among different generations of scholars whose research outputs are often separated by language and methodological barriers. \nThe conference is organised by Adriano Aymonino and Kathleen Christian. \n\nCall for Papers\nWe invite proposals for twenty-minute papers.\nDeadline: 15 May 2025 \nFind out more about the Call for Papers.
